After a day spent with your toes in the sand, come home and slip into the private hot tub for a relaxing evening soak. Or grab your favorite drink and head to one of the decks, where ocean breezes and gorgeous water views set the scene for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, and laid-back evenings!
The first floor features four comfortable bedrooms, with three offering direct access to the deck. One bedroom also includes a private bath area with a garden tub—perfect for a little extra relaxation after a day at the beach. Exterior stairs connect the first-floor deck directly to the upper level, making it easy to move between the home's outdoor spaces.
Head upstairs and the views really begin to shine! The open-concept living and dining area is surrounded by views of both the Atlantic and the sound, creating a bright, welcoming space where everyone can gather. Cozy up around the rock fireplace, spread out for game night, or simply kick back and enjoy the coastal scenery from nearly every angle.

Great home and location! Beach access just across the street! Cleanliness was okay. I feel like the house needs a deep cleaning; especially in the bathrooms and corners of the house. Loved the fact that the house was not too close to other houses and had a lot of parking spaces! Kitchen was supplied with majority of necessities. Handle on cold water for outdoor shower broken so only had hot water and water hose sprayed water everywhere. Overall, great choice! Would love to stay here again!

We recently stayed at this beach house and can confidently say the best part of it is the location—it’s just a very short and easy walk to the beach, which made our days incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The porch decks were also a highlight, offering lovely views of the ocean and a great place to relax.
That said, the house could use some general maintenance and attention. When we arrived, the floors didn’t feel clean, the kitchen table was sticky, and we were surprised to find a bug under one of the bed pillows. The furniture is quite worn—especially the couch, which is so saggy that shorter guests had to crane their necks to see the TV comfortably. The beds could use a refresh as well.
The kitchen has the basics, but a set of sharper knives would go a long way. We also noticed that the landscaping around the house needs some upkeep—especially the weeds growing around the back stairs.
Overall, we loved being so close to the beach and appreciated the great views, but with a little extra care and updating, this home could be a truly fantastic rental.
