This large North Topsail Beach home is perfectly tucked between the sea and the sound! With beautiful water views in both directions, a private pool, and multiple decks for taking it all in, this coastal retreat gives you a front-row seat to some of the best scenery on the island.
Start your mornings on the ocean side as the sun rises over the water, then wind down in the evening with colorful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. With outdoor spaces facing both directions, you don't have to choose between ocean breezes and peaceful sound views — you get both!
Inside, the home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out while still enjoying time together. The first level features a comfortable family room that opens directly onto the lower ocean-view deck, creating an easy place to relax after a day in the sun. Several bedrooms on this level capture either ocean or sound views, so the coastal scenery follows you throughout the home.
Head upstairs and the views get even better. Large picture windows fill the main living spaces with natural light while showcasing the Atlantic on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was great for the whole family. The views of the ocean and sound were amazing! The elevator was perfect for my 86 year old mom and our friend who had a recent surgery. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Very much enjoyed the ocean and bay views during sunsets. The beach was right there, and the best part was it felt very secluded and not a lot of people. The pool was great for after beach trips with washing in the outdoor shower with hot water. The house had tons of beach toys and floats for us to use. It was a rainy week but the house had plenty of board games for the times we couldn’t grab beach sunrays. Great stay!

My parents were celebrating their 46th wedding anniversary by taking the whole family fishing. The house was spacious for our group and the location was great. I like the fact that every room did not have a TV which forces the family to enjoy each other. We even took family pictures at the house. The internet was a little spotty. Over all the home was beautiful, spacious and an ideal location.
