The five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and large living space will accommodate large families and groups comfortably. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with oceanfront beach deck access and cable television. Two lovely main bedrooms each feature two-person tubs and separate showers. The third bedroom has a TV and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower. The second floor's two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Also on the second floor, you find an expansive living space with breathtaking views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, beverage cooler, and dishwasher. There is a large dining table and a breakfast bar - you will have plenty of room for all to share delicious meals. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of cards or puzzle building at the game table. One of the sofas in the living area is a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite TV show or a long-awaited movie on the 55' TV. The house includes a washer/dryer, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, a fish sink and cleaning station, and a 10'x10' sun deck with benches on the walkway to the ocean.
