Welcome to Sunny Escape! ☀
Get ready to experience North Topsail Beach the way it was meant to be — oceanfront, steps from the sand, and with your own private hot tub waiting at the end of the day! This spacious 2,800-square-foot beach retreat puts the Atlantic right in your backyard, with incredible water views, plenty of room for the whole crew, and outdoor spaces made for soaking up every minute of your coastal getaway.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, grab your coffee, and step outside to catch a gorgeous Topsail sunrise. When you're ready for the beach, there's no packing up the car or searching for parking — simply follow your private walkway straight to the sand and start your day of swimming, shell hunting, fishing, and lounging by the water. Several bedrooms even open directly onto the oceanfront deck, so the view follows you from morning to night.
Head upstairs and prepare to be wowed by views in both directions! The bright and spacious main living area overlooks the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, bringing some of Topsail Island's best scenery right into the heart of the home. Gather everyone together for meals, games, puzzles, and plenty of conversation, all with the coast as your backdrop.
The spacious kitchen and dining areas make it easy to keep everyone together, whether you're starting the morning with a big family breakfast, grabbing snacks between trips to the beach, or settling in for dinner after a full day in the sun.
Outside, you'll quickly see why this home is all about beach living. Wander down the private walkway and stop at the oceanfront sun deck to stretch out in the sunshine, catch the salty breeze, or simply watch the waves roll in. When beach time is over, rinse off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower and head for the private hot tub — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and end another amazing day on Topsail Island.
With the ocean at your doorstep, a private hot tub, your own walkway to the beach, an oceanfront sun deck, and panoramic views stretching from the Atlantic to the Intracoastal Waterway, this isn't just a place to stay — it's your front-row seat to everything you came to Topsail Island to enjoy.

Location and beach area was beautiful. Topsail is definitely one of our favorite islands. The house was nice but did need some updating. There were also a lot of stairs to get to and from the beach so just something to consider when booking. Hot tub was nice and was enjoyed. The outside shower and place to rinse you feet were not working. Messaged multiple times but was not resolved while we were there. Overall very nice place with great views, rooms and access to things.

This house was very comfortable for us. We had 3 couples and 5 young adults/kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked big meals every evening. The view and access to the watch/beach was perfect. We had a wonderful week.

The views of the Ocean were fabulous, but the house needs work. Fortunately the kitchen was stocked very well....

"Beautiful home with spectacular views. Location was close to the bridge and made it easy to run out for groceries. We look forward to visiting again next year"
