The home’s standout feature is its incredible beachfront location with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from multiple levels. Double oceanfront decks provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or sunset cocktails with the sound of the waves in the background. A private boardwalk leads directly to the beach for easy access to the sand and surf, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after beach days a breeze. Plus, a brand-new hot tub has recently been added to the second-floor deck, creating the ultimate place to unwind while soaking in the ocean views.
The third floor serves as the heart of the home with an open-concept layout designed for gathering together. The spacious living area flows into the dining space and fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring granite countertops, ample seating, and everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group.
