We had a nice stay and the location was ideal to walk to the Wild Dunes market, dining, tennis. The rooms were warm and the unit needed help with the AC. Once that was resolved we slept good. I’d rent it again because of the location, price, cleanliness.

This condo is ok.Pros: Kitchen has tools to make simple mealsIn walking distance to some restaurants and shopping in the Wild Dunes ResortCons:Carpets in bedrooms very stained, dirtyLiving room furniture worn and had obvious stainsShower curtain in one bathroom had obvious moldOutside furniture old and dirtyHot water ran out very quickly when showeringWe communicated the first 4 issues to the management company right after we arrived. They apologized and sent over new shower curtains, which we appreciated. Then we heard nothing else. Most of the communication is automated; which added to feeling brushed off.There are plenty of places to rent in Wild Dunes. We would not rent this place again or recommend it to others.
