As you step into this inviting villa, you`ll immediately be welcomed by the bright and airy atmosphere created by large windows, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The tastefully decorated living room offers a relaxing gathering space, with comfortable seating, a flat screened TV and Cable. Providing the perfect space to kick back, relax and enjoy your favorite show after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, is perfect for preparing delicious meals throughout your stay. The adjacent dining area which comfortably seats six, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a home cooked meal or takeout from your favorite local restaurant.
The two spacious bedrooms in the villa are elegantly appointed and each boasts two queen sized beds, ensuring a restful nights sleep for all guests. In addition, each room comes with their own flat screened TV, private porch overlooking the pool and plenty of storage for all of your clothes. Both bedrooms feature their own full en-suite bathrooms, creating a sense of privacy and convenience. The bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures and come with fresh linens and toiletries, allowing you to indulge in a spa like experience.
For outdoor enjoyment, the villa offers two private porches, providing a tranquil space for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail while taking in the lush greenery surrounding you. No Smoking: This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
No Pets: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this home. Any unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
Noise: We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.

We had an outstanding stay at Lagoon Villas. This is our 3rd stay in this area of Wild Dunes but first at this property and by far our favorite. Everything was perfect- cleanliness, availability of supplies including beach chairs and wagon, proximity to the beach. Thank you to Amy and Laura. We look forward to our next stay!!
