Located in the beautiful island resort of Wild Dunes, our beach condo is a great spot for you next vacation! Come for the week or enjoy a quick weekend away to relax and recharge. With over 1200 square-feet, it's the perfect spot for golfing groups,couples or families with small children.
Wild Dunes has so much to offer, including two top-notch golf courses, a beautiful sandy beach, pool, bike paths, nature trails and fine dining. You will be within minutes of shopping, movie theatres, miniature golf, historical homes and so much more.

Our condo has two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and set of bunks. There is also a small futon in the master with sides that lay down. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the den.
The kitchen is updated with new appliances and countertops. It is stocked with the basics, including coffee pot (for both grounds and pods), one roll paper towels and dish soap. We have a washer and dryer and there are beach chairs, beach cart and beach toys. A small stroller and portable crib/play yard are also available. Sheets and towels and beach towels are provided. We also have hair dryers in each newly renovated bathroom and a small shampoo/conditioner/soap. We have access to the pool in our complex but not to other pools in the Wild Dunes resort.
We stay at our property as often as possible and have tried to make it is comfortable as we can. We know you will love it as much as we do!

The overall cleanliness of the property was decent. The showers and bathrooms seemed recently renovated, although one of the shower heads in the kids bath wasnt working. Some more negatives are you could tell it was just your classic rental property... As some areas in the unit were painted the same color, at the same time (base, walls, crown, toilet plumbing, etc...). The air filters on the units hadnt been changed in quite a while. The bunk beds in the kids room were rickety and unstable. The comforters for the beds and seating in the living area had staining. The chairs in the dining area were broken and had been repaired with gorrila glue (if you've ever used it, you know what Im talking about), but were still rickety as well. The HVAC system in the kids room was excessively loud and my kids consitantly complained it was hard to sleep because of it. The deck and stairs leading up to the unit were old, some boards loose, and need to be replaced. The pool is right outside of the unit and it closes at 11. There were parties (or gathering of large groups of teenaged kids) there until the pool closed. So it was pretty rowdy into the late evening. We ended up leaving a day early just to get out of there. As you could probably tell I would not be interested in renting this unit again.
