A good walk into town

The apartment was stunning, everything we needed and the rooftop terrace was a great little suntrap

Communication with the management company was poor. We didn’t get a reply when we arrived and had no instructions about parking so left the car outside the property and went for some lunch. Eventually got a reply to say we needed to move the car. The guy who rang was quite abrupt and rude stating there had been a number of complaints from residents about the car being there, we moved it and over the next 2 days and nights nobody parked in the 3 spaces in front of the apartment! We had 2 cars (we were 4 adults) and there was only 1 parking permit for a couple of streets away, we asked for another but got told sorry we don’t have any more as waiting for some from the council, no suggestion as to where we could park for the rest of our stay. And yet there were still empty spaces in front of the property. Maybe the wording on the booking site needs to be clearer and as advertised as an apartment for 4 adults there needs to be enough parking permits for the party size.
