Locatie was perfect, de eigenaren zijn erg attent in communicatie. De kamer was groot genoeg en had een fijne gezellige sfeer.

De hygiëne was erg goed maar de badkamer rubbers waren wel wat beschimmeld en het bad heeft zijn tijd ook wel gehad. Het was wel schoon. Het zou fijn zijn als er donkere gordijnen zijn. Ik werd wakker met zonsopgang:)

The space was perfect for a solo traveler, and I appreciated the host's thoughtful messages and prompt responses to my questions. The amenities worked perfectly, and I appreciated being within comfortable walking distance of my travel destinations. Additionally, a typhoon was passing through Matsumoto on the morning I planned to leave, and the host accommodated me with a two hour-late checkout so I could avoid the rain. I sincerely appreciated that flexibility and prioritization of safety.

It's possible I missed something on the listing, but I wish I'd known in advance that there was no elevator in the building. I managed with my luggage, but since the unit is on the 3rd floor, keep that in mind, especially if you don't have anyone to help you carry things.

Everything was great, hosts were very helpful and passionate about ensuring that I had a good stay. The room has all the facilities, and can be very comfortable for a long stay. The location is great.

Too much communication was requested several days prior to the check in. I get it that there are legal requirements, but all other hotels that I have been in Japan requested documents from me on the day or day prior to the check in. Not a week before. This was too much.

Location was great! Kitchen was well equipped.

Beds were not comfortable! Japanese futon was very thin compared to other properties; thus we didn’t get restful sleep.
