We got upgraded to the sister hotel! It was really wonderfully! The amenities were great, it was so comfortable, and we had access to the onsen! It’s a wonderful onsen with both indoor and outdoor baths

The location is beautiful & they provide a great shuttle bus service. Room was spacious, clean & very comfortable & looking out on a beautiful green space. The onsen at the sister hotel was delightful & easy to access. We wished we had stayed longer. Just remember to bring some food.
Breakfast or dinner could be offered.

The vibe was calm, basic and comfortable. The nature setting was beautiful and the bath house divine.
The communal food preparation space on had a microwave and kettle, no crockery, so you could only prepare basic microwaveable food.

Nice place in remote location with onsen.
First there was no info on booking about shutlle bus times, so we came late and had to walk 2 more hours just to get to hotel, but someone stoped and gave as a ride to the hotel luckly.
There was also no shared bathroom in our building.
Onsen fee is said to be additional payment paid in hotel, but it is in fact a must even if you dont use the onsen, soo that is misinformation from their side and should be included in the booking price in that case.
