Everything was very clean, the beds were comfy. The staff were all friendly. The washing machines worked fine. Only about a 7ish minute walk to the train station. Dorm room had some shelf space to put smaller items.

The location is very close to the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center and the train station. I took the bus to Lake Tanuki and hiked there with a very nice view of the volcano.
They only have one men's bathroom on the thrust floor and one for women on the second floor. So when you have a bed in the mixed dorm on the first floor, you have to use the stairs to get up to.your bathroom. The temperature in the dorm was around 25° and we didn't have any windows. This made the sleep a little uncomfortable for me. The common areas are small and not social at all, so watch out for that if you are planning to socialize.
