La localisation, la place de parking, la propreté, l'espace intérieur grâce aux rangements et à la table dans les murs, l'équipement (même si seules la bouilloire et la machine à café ont été utilisées), le calme dans l'immeuble, sans oublier l'excellence communication avec les hôtes.
Couchage principal peut-être un peu étroit ? Proximité des rails peut-être gênante pour certains ? Mais je précise que ces deux choses ne nous ont pas gêné. Nous avons bien dormi sur le lit, et en outre la circulation des trains est réduite de nuit, et les hôtes fournissent même des bouchons.

Super convenient. Super clean. Has almost everythjng u need for a few nights stay:)
No TV, but it was our mistake to not check 1st. But with wifi, u can just watxh show from ur phone or tablet.
