The key code was emailed to me a bit late. Had to wait by the door for 15 min and call the host several times

Spacious rooms with big beds, good quality basic supplies like shampoo and shower gel, clean and comfortable, great location. Late checkout was granted.
Access code was provided a few minutes late. No elevator. Air conditioners were malfunctioning and the electronic shutters in the bathroom did not close. There was no response to our questions about the air conditioners and shutters.
