Radisson RED Indore

The property is located in a prime and bustling area of Indore, yet the stay was surprisingly comfortable and peaceful. I had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed a quiet, restful sleep.

The location was quite difficult to reach. Google Maps did not guide me correctly, and I had to take help from a local person to locate the property. The surrounding area is also very crowded, making it difficult to reach the main entrance by car. More importantly, the security guards did not allow me to enter through the second gate, which is marked as an exit gate. I understand the need to follow security procedures, but in such a congested location, there should be some flexibility for hotel guests arriving by car. If a guest is having difficulty reaching the designated entrance, the security staff should be authorized to allow entry through the other gate after basic verification. I strongly suggest that the management review this arrangement and give clear instructions to the security staff to assist guests in such situations. A little flexibility at the entrance would make the arrival experience much smoother and considerably improve the overall guest experience.
