    I feel completely at home. Have stayed at this hotel during my all visits for the last two years. Has all the facilities in campus and in room that one would look for in a five star hotel. Location is great with proximity to most of the imp parts in Indore. Age is showing in furniture & fixtures in room. The management has taken up renovation on some of the floors.

    We have stayed at the property 4–5 times earlier, and while there have been some minor service gaps in the past, this time the basic hospitality touch was completely missing. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. We reached the hotel at 3:25 PM, received our room only at around 4:05 PM, and our luggage was delivered only around 4:30 PM. We had also been informed that the luggage would be transferred from Radisson Indore to Radisson Blu, but this was not managed as expected. What was particularly disappointing was that the GM was present on the floor, yet no one took ownership of the situation or even offered a basic cup of tea or refreshments while we waited. As repeat guests, this experience was quite concerning. It gives the impression that there may be gaps in staff strength, training, or management oversight at the property. I request senior management to please review this incident personally, identify the reasons for these service failures, and share what corrective measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. As a repeat guest, I would also appreciate an appropriate resolution/gesture from the hotel for the inconvenience caused.
