Nice modern build with a huge bed, plenty of space. Nice big shower room. The host was very friendly, offered to run me to the bus station and communication was good. It’s a 10 minute walk into town down a quiet lane, felt extremely safe as a mature lady solo traveller.

Travellers would appreciate a hairdryer and maybe a microwave, some plates, a cloth to wipe the tops of the kitchen. The place has described a kitchenette however it comprises of a kettle, paper cups, fridge and sink, no utensils, no cloth etc so couldn’t be used as a self cater. The bed is rock hard, although I think this is common as all the other places have hard beds too. TV is all in Thai, not a smart TV, sorry to all you Netflix fans.

Very clean, good value for money and the owner was very kind and was there whenever we needed room refreshing and tidying.

Water is not the hottest from the shower, but I think that’s just the same with most places in Thailand.

The property was spotlessly clean

There was a kettle and sink but not even a spoon to make a drink or plates. However, the guy was very accommodating and did bring us some paper cups and little plastic spoons but it felt like it was meant to be a self catering bungalow but without anything to cater ourselves, maybe a mo toward would have helped too. Also the mattress was the hardest I have ever attempted to sleep on, I even checked to see if there was a mattress on the bed as it felt like wood. There was no hot water in the taps and we were told that this is just how it is. The shower however was warm. We had a wooden bench out the front but round the back there was just wasteland and nowhere to sit in the sun.
