Staff were lovely, room was very clean and comfortable and the location is amazing. Stayed for the whole week in Pai and enjoyed it very much. Amazing location but also very quiet.

Very close to the temple, so you might hear the chanting once a week in the morning. Other that that it was a perfect stay!

Amazing location in the middle of the walking street. A really helpful memeber of staff at night when it stayed quite loud past 10 - very quick to sort. Friendly staff.

Limited room cleaning. It was only on request. Would have been nice for the family type rooms to have a freshen up daily. Beds a bit hard but was offered a topper (i think)

Quite strict with rules for example the moment it turns 9pm pool was closed off and the moment it turns 10 they come in hostel rooms and turn lights out. Not a major deal breaker just quite strict.

At 8:30 in the morning, the owner was present, so I showed them a video I had taken of the bed bugs. I had booked one additional night, so I asked whether it would be possible to cancel that night for free. The owner agreed to cancel the unused night at no charge. The owner apologized, and I appreciated their polite and sincere response. Both the owner and the staff were very kind, which left a very positive impression despite the incident.

I was bitten by bed bugs. There were both a very large bed bug and a smaller, nymph-sized one on the bed. I noticed this at around 4:00 a.m., when no staff were available, which made the situation very difficult.
