Hotel it’s located on Main Street and literally 2 minutes walk from bus station. Not far away from all the amenities. Room were spotless, not very big swimming pool however that was enough for us. Very nice and helpful staff

Right in the centre of Pai. The food at the hotel is delicious and very well priced. The room is comfortable and clean. Pool is great.

At 8:30 in the morning, the owner was present, so I showed them a video I had taken of the bed bugs. I had booked one additional night, so I asked whether it would be possible to cancel that night for free. The owner agreed to cancel the unused night at no charge.
The owner apologized, and I appreciated their polite and sincere response. Both the owner and the staff were very kind, which left a very positive impression despite the incident.
I was bitten by bed bugs. There were both a very large bed bug and a smaller, nymph-sized one on the bed. I noticed this at around 4:00 a.m., when no staff were available, which made the situation very difficult.
