The location is perfect. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the main downtown area. There's a scooter rental place almost next door that I recommend as well.
Nothing I can think of. Sometimes there were mosquitos.

Location was good, close to the walking street in Pai. Staff was really friendly and supportive.
My room had a horrendous smell of mold and wood. I tried to air the room but no chance. Slept with all windows open at night, which then I had tp use earplugs because of the noises from the streets.
