Great location, friendly owner, big double bed, fresh towels & water, fan was very good, looks exactly like photos
Thin walls so quite noisy from neighbours & bars nearby, not much natural light & lighting provided wasn’t great

The property is in a very good location, the family running the business is very nice and humble, and the low price is worth the stay for travelers wanting something in budget but still in the heart of the walking street.
The room is small and has just enough space for 1 person but the bed is huge and hard
My room was cleaned daily, and I got new towels, bottled water and toilet paper every day. I also recommend getting your laundry done by the staff (extra charge) everything came back smelling good!
The room has very thin walls, I could hear my neighbor snoring and people walking to their room.
I felt like the room wasn’t clean enough (but I also didn’t tell the staff for them to come fix it)

It was close to the center of Pai and near everything. It was also a good value
The pictures of the facilities were old and did not really show the current conditions. There had been little invested since the pictures were taken. The bed was hard with plastic under the bed sheets.
