Close to main walking street in Pai. Decorated in a modern way which makes it very nice. We actually booked 2 more night than originally planned. Staff were lovely and polite. Close to all the main streets in Pai. Reasonably priced, perfect for a few nights.

The bathroom kept letting lots of ants. Getting into the rooms at night is difficult if you don’t have your own personal torch or phone light.

The room is very clean. Interior is very nice. Very close to main street. Breakfast was good.

I've reserved a big room, but all of the electricity didn't work well. So I had to move to a cheaper, smaller room. Even though I paid for big room, the owner said he can't give us a partial refund for price difference. (Even though I paid at this hotel, not through booking.com.) We unpacked everything in the big room, and packed everything again to move to small room. But the owner said we have to pack again and move to another big room because he can't give us a partial refund. (Earlier, he told us there is no more available big room.) So I called booking.com about this matter,so I could get a partial refund. However, he did not refund the full difference between the large and small room. But I was SOOO tired of arguing with him, so I accepted it. The room is clean and neat, and the workers here are kind and nice, but I wouldn't recommend this place since I have an unpleasant experience.
