- Flat like in photos. - Very tourist-friendly: small, but rather helpful details for a shorter stay, like spare bin-bags, household-chemicals (for washing up and washing machine), sugar for the coffee .... - Easy communication with owner to sort out initial missunderstanding. - Efficient airconditioning.
- Unlucky built of (lower) bathroom: extremely narrow access to wash-bin makes it almost impossible to use. When removing the only coupboard you would have no storage whatsoever - thus not a point owner could easily changes. - Contact through WhatsApp only - I´m not a regular user and was not prepared to check that app in advance.

L’appartamento è recentemente rinnovato, spazioso, luminoso, arredato con gusto. La terrazza con vista sui Sibillini è splendida! La comunicazione con il proprietario è facile e immediata. Consigliatissimo
La posizione è piuttosto periferica rispetto al centro di Macerata, è consigliabile avere l’auto, soprattutto per visitare i dintorni

L' appartamento è un piccolo attico panoramico sulle colline e montagne intorno Macerata. Cucina completa con forno, divano TV, una vista piacevole e rilassante. Una soluzione veramente bella. Comodo il parcheggio e il supermercato raggiungibile a piedi. Carino e ben tenuto il quartiere.
Forse il centro di Macerata, che è molto carino, non è facile da raggiungere a piedi ... Ma tutto non si può avere

Appartamento estremamente comodo, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Moderno, raffinato e completo di tutto: non manca davvero nulla. Ambienti puliti, funzionali e molto accoglienti.
Nulla, tutto è stato all’altezza (e oltre) delle aspettative.
