廚房設備齊全，棉被床鋪舒適好躺。 很靠近嵐電車折神社站，要去嵐電各站很方便。 附近穿過鐵軌有一間「エムジーショップ嵯峨車折店」，裡面有非常多各式商品可以逛。 走路10多分鐘有一間「AEON STYLE 嵯峨野小町」有非常多好吃的打折品。 車折神社比想像中的大，其實很好逛，推薦留一點時間來逛。 屋主回覆訊息快速有效。
距離JR嵯峨嵐山要走至少10多分鐘，其實有點累，就算用嵐電嵐山站轉過去也沒有比較輕鬆，要使用JR的人要特別注意這一點。 內附的周邊說明手冊提到的資料有點舊了，エムジーショップ可以刷卡、天山之湯旁邊的「UNIQLO 嵯峨野店」已歇業。 冬天入住時因為走廊跟樓梯沒有暖氣，所以經過時冷爆。 廁所跟2樓的門是推入拉出不用按或轉的門，開關很大聲，會吵到其他人。
