About this apartment rental

Calle Las Palomas 104 provides its guests with an excellent, newly renovated and beautiful place to stay while enjoying their time on the island. Just a brisk walk away from the beach and a step away from the nightlife, you can be glad to call this place home after a long day of sunbathing and enjoying the night. With an outdoor patio and grill you can impress your friends and family with your cooking abilities while they lounge away enjoying the scenes that the iconic Loiza street provides.

the rooms have a queen bed and 55’ televisions with air conditioning. There are three rooms total plus a sofa bed in the living room for two extra guests. There is a beautiful patio area for guests to soak in the views from the street, grill and do some sunbathing. You will find a washer and drier in the patio area, as well as an outdoor dining area. The terrace provides a beautiful view of the adjacent Loiza street where you appreciate the views the town provides.

Street parking is readily available. Bird scooters and ubers are readily available as well as car rental places.

I will always be there for any questions about the place and about the island. Feel free to shoot me a message through the app for absolutely anything and everything. I will also always try and be there to receive you and show you the place as well as get accommodated.

Near the nightlife, quite on weekdays but the life of the part on weekends. Also steps away from the beach and a few minutes drive away from historic Old San Juan

Everything is very close on foot, including the beach and nightlife, Ubers and car rental businesses are readily available
1. No consumption of drugs/smoking on the property. That includes the terrace area.
2. No loud noise/music past 10PM, especially in the terrace area.
3. Maintain talking and noise levels to a minimum in the terrace area, the neighbors house is very near and loud noises are a disturbance. (please respect the community)
4. No throwing garbage, cigarette butts or anything over the property line especially into the neighbors property.
5. No hanging clothes on the fence, use the provided clothesline for that.
6. No leaning on the fence to look over into the neighbors property.

Breaching any of these rules could result in legal consequences
