Enjoy views of the canal right from the 2nd floor private balcony. This beautiful 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, will sleep up to 4 people. Amazing amenities, that include waterfront swimming pool, boat dockage included for boat up to 40’, on-site boat ramp and fish cleaning station. Anchors Away comes with the use of a BBQ grill. You’ll enjoy grilling out dockside overlooking the water!
Coco Plum Terraces is centrally located in the heart Marathon located in Florida Keys, surrounded by water, local restaurants and parks. This part of Marathon is known for its sandy shore, fishing piers, gazebos and plenty of open space to take in all the beauty of the Keys! Coco Plum Beach is within walking distance, walking/jogging path at the end of the street. The inside of the condo, amazing location and its amenities will excite you!

Great location. Condo was clean and comfortable, would stay again. Great communication from the owners with many good tips if visiting the Keys for the first time.

Very nice place. Clean. Nice decor. Boat slip. Good people around. Was able to leave fishing gear in the boat with no worries. We will be back.
