Location is ideal and stellar beach view. Appreciate the lack of clutter,stock of everyday items,ample space for personal items,plentiful linens,unit specifications, how to use everything electronic. Encourage guests to take advantage of the kayaks located next to the pool on the beach side. Interesting retracting front screen door so shut off the ac, open everything up and enjoy the fresh clean air. Enjoy light meals on the full-size porch. Very helpful recommendations for entertainment, eating out, and shopping. We did it all! Aquarium,Turtle Hospital,Sunset Cruise,Day trip to Key West,Dinner @ Island Fish,Sparkeys,Burdines,Sunset Bar & Grill,Lazy Days,Havanah Jacks. Highly recommend. Kevin, thank you for the personal care. A spectacular 8-day vacation.

The condo was comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The recliners were nice for evening. We loved the table and chairs on the veranda for our meals. From there we could look out at the pool and ocean. The best part was sitting on the beach to view the sunrise! We could walk the beach all the way up to Coco Plum Beach, so peaceful. We also met a few other nice people at the pool. The condo at Royal Plum is close to many attractions in Marathon and north and south of the key. The owners have a lovely condo ready for your restful stay. Highly recommend!

Dislike the fact that the fan in the LR remote did not work and fridge was very cold and could not adjust the temperature.

The unit was super clean and well equipped. The view of the pool and the Gulf beyond were beautiful and the pool was actually warm enough for me to swim - that doesn't happen often. The area was quiet while so close to delish restaurants. Marathon is near several state parks and just an hour or so from Key West. We highly recommend.
