We were not told of the construction by the pool which also included the workers music, pool has no ambience.

Jessica was great communicating with us about our stay in Marathon. The key pickup/drop off instructions were made very quick and easy. She even gave us a plethora of restaurant recommendations and excursions to check out! Everything was very clean and we even had a heated pool (community pool) and a small private beach to walk along. Also Kevin, the property manager, is a very nice and approachable guy if you have any questions about the area. Sadly most of the week we stayed was heavy winds and some cloudy days but we took this opportunity to explore the restaurants (loved Island Fishing Co.), check out the small aquarium, and the dolphin rehabilitation facility. All of which was within a ten minute drive! Thank you very much for having us we don’t know when we will be back but if you’re looking for a calm and easy stay with plenty to do nearby then this is a great spot for you!

To many stairs, tiny 2 bedroom and mattress was awful, no washer and dryer.
