Coco Plum Beach Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Sofa bed, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Welcome to your condo on the beach! While sitting on your lanai you’re taking in the spectacular view looking across the pool to the beach to the Atlantic Ocean. Start your morning or evening with a coffee or beverage at the Tiki hut on the beautiful private beach. Your primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. Your second bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and the full guest bathroom is just down the hallway. Your full kitchen was just renovated including all new appliances with filtered water and ice. Beautifully furnished with central air, wireless internet, screened lanai, beach toys, Cable TV, and drip coffee maker. The community includes a tennis court, BBQ grills, and coin laundry. Kayaks and bikes are available to rent.
Here's a short list of some of the many things you can do in and around Marathon:
Every watersport activity is nearby, fishing (offshore and backwater), boating (several marinas within 1 mile), scuba diving, snorkeling, eco-tours, kayaking, jet skiing, et cetera
In Marathon: There are two beautiful beaches, Coco Plum (a super easy walk up the beach from your Condo) as well as Sombrero Beach. Take a trip to the historic Pigeon Key. Swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center or Dolphin Connection and don’t forget to visit the Turtle Hospital as well as Crane Point Museum and Nature Center.
Take a short drive to Islamorada and visit Robbie’s, the Diving Museum, and the Theater of the Sea (dolphins and sea lions).
Maybe drive down to Big Pine Key, check-out Bahia Honda State Park, the National Key Deer Refuge, the Blue Hole, and of course, the world-famous No Name Pub.

We had a great time at the Royal Plum Club! The check-in process went smoothly and was great, the condo was clean, everything was as stated on VRBO, smooth check-out process, beautiful views, and the kiddos loved the pool!

Wonderful yearly visit. Nice property,nice campus. Well maintained and clean. Left new pair of sunglasses at the pool, not returned. We will be back next year.

Check in process was seamless! Property was just as described. Great location from everything but quiet and peaceful complex. My family enjoyed the pool daily and I enjoyed the beach walks. Plenty of parking. We hope to come back for another visit and will definitely try to get this place again. We will be recommending it to family and friends if they are ever in the area.

We thought it was very creative to feel like ocean atmosphere. It was comfortable, clean, properly supplied with homey conveniences. We felt very at home there, and safe. We would recommend it and consider coming back another time.
