Outdoor Pool, hot tubs, sauna and game room with pool table and foosball. Central location to 5 of Colorados BEST ski resorts, walk to Copper bus stop, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails. This two story ground floor unit is your gateway to CO's premier mountain playgrounds and Lake Dillon. We self manage our unit, you will always have a person to talk to if you need anything with 40 plus years of living and playing in Colorado for insider tips.
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite with double shower head bath
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathtub shower
3rd bedroom: 2 twin beds, can be converted to 3 twin beds Bunk and trundle
Single car garage- tight squeeze for large SUVs, parking available directly out front
Kitchen: Coffee, tea, basic kitchen supplies including spices, soaps, dishwasher, microwave, fondue pot and recipes, crock pot, cuisnart waffle maker. Mr. Coffee pot. I tried fancy ones and people had a hard time so kept it simple. Electric tea pot
Bathrooms: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap included
Laundry tablets and dryer sheets included.
Clubhouse is just a few steps away and features heated year round indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and dry sauna. Pool table, foosball, and additional showers and bathrooms.

It's the details that count.... Fall asleep to the gentle sound of the creek. Hot tub, sauna, garage, laundry, crock-pot, fondue pot, glove and boot dryers, 4 pairs of snowshoes, 2 sleds, snow toys, games, movies, cruiser bike all included! Cable or Apple TV available. Wifi is free (although it can run on "mountain time" in heavy snow or wind or actually sun too. Always works just not always lightning speed.

This is our home, we love to host respectful guests that understand the 20 plus years it took to save our pennies to make our mountain base camp come true. We are in a condo unit and have neighbors above and to the side of us. This is a quiet community and we ask that you please respect our home and our lovely neighbors.
