Ground floor entrance, attached 1 car garage and second floor bedrooms. Walk right out the deck door to the river. Comfortable seating in the living room that features river rock wood burning fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of prep space and a large kitchen bar that seats 4. Dining table with outdoor views seats 6. Private south facing decks overlook the river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Two entrances, one on each floor.
