What a fantastic year-round location! The shuttle bus to the slopes stops in front of the complex, and in the summer, the bike path is just outside for easy access to the Frisco Marina and more. All the restaurants and shops on Friso’s historic Main Street are within easy strolling distance as well. You and your group will love this place! Windwood Townhome also has access to a shared hot tub so you and the gang can relax after a long day of adventures.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area is bright and airy with large windows, a floor-to-ceiling stone wood fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Just outside, the patio overlooks the bike path and creek; there’s also a gas grill and great views of Frisco’s Mount Royal. The kitchen features large quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks for your group. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the counter.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, and two covered parking spaces. As with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great place for our group of 4. Lots of equipment in the kitchen to come back from a day on the slopes and make a nice dinner. Frisco is a great town and there were two taverns super close (3 minute walk) and the main strip just a little further. The hot tub was much needed after snowboarding and both times, no one else was in the facility (although we stayed on Wednesday - Friday). Beds were comfortable and the couch was cozy. Just remember to pick up firewood when you stop at Safeway on your drive in! Thank you!

This is our second time to stay at this condo and it was a great experience. The place is clean and in the perfect location -- you can look out the back to see Mount Royal and it's just steps away from the bus to Copper Mountain. Plenty of room for our family.

Condo was much smaller than I expected. Electric heat was difficult to keep at a desired temperature. Location was good.
