About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 250 m² house for rent in Le Tronchet, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room (with wood pellet stove), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 300 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

On the ground floor
- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofa, and pellet stove
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- A laundry room
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: three single beds
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub)
- One bathroom (with shower)
- Two separate toilets
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² private garden, partially fenced, with two picnic tables and garden furniture
- A north-facing roof terrace measuring 26 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally located in Le Tronchet, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

- The nearest beaches are in Cancale or Saint-Malo (between 20 and 30 minutes by car)
