The accommodation is as follows:

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² private garden, partly fenced, with two picnic tables and garden furniture.
- A north-facing roof terrace (26 m²) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Le Tronchet, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just a short drive away.

- Nearest accessible beaches in Cancale or Saint-Malo (between 20 and 30 minutes by car)
- Mont-Saint-Michel 40 km away
- Discover Dol-de-Bretagne, Dinan and the north coast (Dinard, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Malo...)
Transport :
A car is essential; you can park directly in the private outdoor car park in front of the house (4 spaces). An outside socket is available for recharging electric vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Dol-de-Bretagne, approx. 12 km or Saint-Malo, approx. 25 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, around 60 km away

- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- The stove is functional, a bag of pellets is offered with a full stove, depending on the weather.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Barbecue available on request between April and September
- Cot, bath, high chair and playpen available on request from the on-site manager
- A bottle of cider is offered by the owners for stays of 5 nights or more.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Household essentials are provided for your arrival: rubbish bags, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, soap, shampoo, etc. These products are intended to tide you over on arrival and are not provided for the duration of your stay.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
