This gulf-front condo offers a unique and breathtaking view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Once you arrive inside the gated property you are surrounded by lush gardens, tropical pools, and white sand beaches that stretch for miles. Guests at Edgewater enjoy two huge swimming pools (one heated and the other with a waterfall!), toddler wading pool, adult hot tub, tiki bar (where you can have lunch poolside), professional putting green, shuffleboard, playground for children, basketball court, lots of open space to play soccer or football, fitness center, and underground parking.
Beach access: As a guest, you will have access to 420-linear feet of private beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from the onsite beach service company.

This condo had it all! It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed going to the beach for walks and rented chairs and an umbrella each day. The pool was clean and the perfect temp for relaxing and was a great alternative to the beach. When we had questions, Hayden promptly got back to us with the answers. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this rental.
