The unit is located within a New two-building complex. Some units may be in the adjacent building directly across the street full directions provided after booking via text. Guest will have full access to all of the amenities we have to offer. We have a 24/7 gym, all year round salt water pool, pool table, lounge area, sound proof studio spaces and even office areas for you to work from home!

Check-in:
• Time: 4:00PM or later
• Please refer to Checkin Manual for full checkin instructions.
• Contact host if you have any questions
Checkout:
• Time: 11:00AM
• Place all used towels in basket located in closet.
• Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
• Place trash in trash can.
• Close & lock all windows /doors
• Remove any personal belongings & food items prior to checking out.
• Turn off all lights
• Place the key fob back on the table where you received it. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fine for the fob.
• Please do not use white towels to remove makeup, you will be responsible for replacements.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, as there is a $500 charge for smoking in the unit.
Parties and events are also not allowed. Any violation will result in a $500 fee.
For early check-in, an additional fee of $50+ will be applied depending on availability of the cleaner. For late check-out, an additional fee of $75 will be applied if the unit is available for late check out. You will be charged $30 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that was not discussed. If you need late check out or early check-in please discuss this with me prior so we can make necessary arrangements that is convenient for everyone. All early check-ins & late check-outs are subject to availability.
