Damage & Breakage: All furniture and items are brand-new. Any damage or loss will be charged at cost based on purchase receipts (plus reasonable replacement/installation fees if applicable).
POOL RULES:
Children must be supervised at all times. No kids alone in/near the pool.
Pool depth: ~1.5 m. No diving.
No running or jumping. Surfaces are slippery when wet.
No glass in the pool area (use plastic/metal only).
No food/alcohol in the water.
Use steps/ladder to enter & exit.
Do not tamper with pool equipment.
