Nice and clean place

The complex is lovely and the area around it is so nice a lot to do. Pool area is so nice too

There was an awful smell in our room, which the maintenance team tried to fix but unfortunately it lingered the whole time we was there, which wasn’t pleasant meaning we didn’t want to stay in the room unless necessary. There was also a lot of flys and mosquitoes in the room which again couldn’t be fixed so we had to deal with it which was a huge problem, and wasn’t pleasant

Pobyt w apartamencie oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Obiekt znajdował się w pięknej, zadbanej dzielnicy Laguna, w której panował porządek, a nowoczesna zabudowa robiła świetne wrażenie. Po okolicy kursował darmowy bus, z którego często korzystaliśmy, jeżdżąc m.in. do sklepu czy na plażę, było to duże udogodnienie. Sam obiekt był pilnowany przez ochronę, a apartament okazał się czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Jedyne, do czego można się było przyczepić, to fakt, że przy apartamencie 4-osobowym dostępne były tylko 3 kubki do kawy. Pokoje były trochę ciasne, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to zbyt mocno. Na dachu budynku znajdowały się baseny oraz sprzęt do lekkich ćwiczeń, a widok był po prostu przepiękny. Dodatkowo właścicielka była bardzo miła i pomocna, co jeszcze bardziej umiliło nasz pobyt.

It was a fairly modern property, good kitchen facilities, nice size bedroom, quiet location

Absolutely soulless atmosphere, with a total lack of any Thai culture whatsoever. If it wasn’t for the heat I could have been in any bland apartment block anywhere in the world. It would have been a good idea to have the TV controls prepared for non-Russian speaking guests before they arrived.Also if I knew I was going to be charged for not washing two small hand towels I would have spent the money on detergent (which you didn’t provide) and done it myself. Unfortunately it was this incident that left the last impression of the property.
