The villa is new and the rooms are cozy, but keep in mind that the actual location is quite far from the pinned point and far from Bang Tao. It’s better to contact the host in advance to confirm the exact address.
Overall, the place is quiet and peaceful, making it a great option for a group or a relaxing, спокойный отдых. There is a restaurant on the property, and a spa complex is planned.
