Coconus Pool Villa 阿丽莎 泳池别墅

We stayed at this brand-new villa in a quiet residential area, half an hour from the airport and just 8–10 minutes from Laguna, Boat Quay (plenty of restaurants and shops) and Bangtao Beach. Within 6min you can walk (through another compound) to a small cafe/ restaurant (part of the tennis facilities) - but note that people generally do not walk.. there no sidewalks). Easy to go around by your own car/ motorcycle or Grab taxi. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two bedrooms share one), and everything is modern, bright, and beautifully decorated (as shown on photos). We loved that everything felt still untouched like the bathrooms and also the new beds, brand-new, white bedsheets and towels - better than most hotels! Since construction had just finished, a few small touch-ups were still needed, but that didn’t bother us at all. We were warmly welcomed by Seven, the property manager, who kindly let us check in early after our morning arrival and showed us around. We noticed a few small items missing at first, like outdoors furniture, hangers and cups, but Seven responded immediately and brought everything we needed right away. There’s a small parking space – a bit tight to turn, but manageable. The pool and outdoor area are on the smaller side, but perfect for relaxing after a day out. We spent most of our time at the beach or exploring the area anyway. Overall, a lovely, comfortable stay in a beautiful new villa – ideal for families or groups who want a peaceful base close to Laguna and Bangtao.

Nothing really as any issues were solved instantly. Place is brand-new and super clean.
