The location is close to Laguna Phuket and the shopping places like Boat Avenue and Porto de Chine.
The staff is helpful and informative. Amenity and facility are well maintained.
The park place is limited and the electricity charge is per usage ; not included in the room fee.

It is a modern building with condo units from what I could gather. Our unit was bright, clean, well maintained and spacious. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. We loved the pool on the roof and by the entrance on the ground floor. I would stay there again.
Although this is minor, only one card key is available which makes it more challenging for a couple.

Nice and clean. Good location.
Didn’t expect to pay so much for a cleaning fee, also was not aware I had to pay a cleaning fee as it did not mention anywhere this was an additional cost. Would not have stayed here if I had known as could have found somewhere else cheaper.

Location is excellent.
No umbrellas around the pools. Very average and tired sun lounges.
