We had a great stay at this house! My husband loved fishing off the dock and we really enjoyed the pool with the waterfall and beautiful landscaping. The beach is close by and easy to bike to. The ocean water is so clear in this area! Great food nearby as well- we enjoyed PJ’s, Keegan’s, Tropical Ice Cream and Gulfside Pizza. We would stay here again!

House is located in a nice neighborhood. Nice patio to sit out and enjoy, a dock for your boat and a pool. House was very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

When we arrived the pool was dirty. It was cleaned by the next morning. The kitchen sink had food in it form the last customer, (clearly had not been cleaned), The stove is ancient with the electrical coil burners, not a solid surface, and there was gunge on the edge of it. This had not been cleaned in months. The whole place is very outdated
and smells a bit funky. Location wise; I wouldn't call it a beach house. It's not bad if you like walking in the heat schlepping beach gear. We took the car and the only parking was at the public beach 2 miles away. The pool temp was awesome for my liking but the "marcite" surface is so worn, it feels like pebbles meeting sandpaper. For the price I was not happy. The major pus was that they allowed dogs and my son wanted his dogs to come on the trip.
