This house is in great shape and has everything you need. The owner obviously cares. However, the management company posted incorrect wifi information which resulted in my sister missing an important radio interview. They never apologized for this although they were informed, then refused us a one-hour late checkout on a Monday morning in January. I would stay here again, but I was not impressed by the management company.

We enjoyed our stay unfortunately we had a water issue that the property manager was very slow in addressing. Not impressed with Vaca management.We loved the house & also talked to the owner about them

3rd year on Folly Beach and this cottage was by far the best! We loved the porch and view and the house was cozy and comfortable. Hope to stay here again!!
