The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean and one of the best equipped homes I have ever rented. Folly Beach is a gem of a beach vacation.

House was nicely update! We all really liked it. Be aware that most homes in that area are elevated so you have to climb stairs. Tv controller took time to figure out?Overall we spent 7 days there and were happy with it. We were close to visit many sights . Charleston was a nice surprise.

Overall a wonderful rental that we would reserve again. Apart from the things mentioned below, this house was phenomenal! However, several things in this home needed attention to get a five star rating: replace knocked out screens; replace missing porch furniture cushions; supply umbrella for back deck as pictured in advertisement; and update platforms in twin bedroom (beds were so noisy no one could sleep and had to eventually move mattreses to floor in order to get rest). Beds could have been O.K. on floor for kids but were nightmarish for adults stuck in that room. None of these these things ruined our stay, but at the high dollar prices, we did expect things to be in impeccable condition.
