Keruig net appartement in een prima buurt. Fijn dat er een tuintje bij is. Keuken compleet met kookbenodigheden en vaatwasser. Ook wasmachine aanwezig. Alle kamers waren echt netjes en schoon. Goede badkamer met ligbad.
Wij waren er met ons een gezin met 3 tieners. De 2 persoonsbedden op de slaapkamer zijn niet heel breed. Dus sliepen er 2 tieners op de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Er waren maar 2 ventilatoren, terwijl het 35+ graden was. Dat is dan eigenlijk 1 te kort met 3 slaapruimtes. En de slaapbank is lastig op te maken, het laken bleef niet om het matras zitten.

Très bon emplacement, le parking pas loin est aussi un confort avec cet appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, très bien conseillé ! Si nous revenons sur la région bordelaise nous reviendrons !
Rien, après avoir testé beaucoup de logements celui était très bien! Rien à redire!

Das Haus ist schön ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral fußläufig in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Es ist alles sehr neu, und im Winter kann man sich dort sicherlich sehr wohl fühlen.
Für Aufenthalte bei großer Hitze ist das Haus leider (noch) nicht ausgestattet. Wir waren bei 37° dort . Da es weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilator gibt, ist man dazu gezwungen, bei offenem Fenster zu versuchen zu schlafen. Aufgrund des eigentlich ruhig gelegene Innenhofes hallt die Klimaanlage des gegenüberliegenden Hochhauses die ganze Nacht und auch der Lärm Nachbarschaft am Morgen potenziert sich. Da es leider keine Insektennetze gibt, wacht man morgens völlig (!!!) zerstochen auf.
