Lovely apartments very close to the train station. Host had excellent communication!

The general neighbourhood didn’t feel particularly safe to walk around in, especially at night time. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy, but necessary to have on during the heat wave!

Lovely apartment which came with everything you need for a short stay. Our host was very helpful.

Few minutes away from the main station. I enjoyed going for a walk because almost all historical spots are walking distance. Most importantly, the owner is really helpful, so I could fully enjoy Bordeaux. Thank you so much.

Very close to train station which was very convenient for us.

Very poor communication. I had asked a question before arrival, and it was never answered. Most importantly , we paid through credit card,, to leave our bags for a few hours so that we can take a tour. We were never given instructions where to leave our bags or how to retrieve. I clearly told the time we needed to leave the day before but never was contacted. We were forced to find another place to store at the last minute, it was very stressful. Hours later I received a communication, but we were already on tour. When I asked for a credit to my charge, I was told it was not possible and to provide bank details for a wire transfer. This was not possible since I do not carry bank routing details while I'm on vacation. In my opinion if they would have just told us the day before we were leaving what to do with our bags, it would have changed our experience. My hope is this company will do a better job with their customers in the future. My thought is to book a place in the future where the staff is on site.
