Bespoke City 2 Bed Apartment Oaks Horizons

The apartment was absolutely luxurious as were all the thoughtful extras,s such as coffee pods and bathroom products. The spa just took it all to the highest level of spoilt ....hated leaving.

Clean apartment, modern and spacious. Bedding was super comfortable. Appliances (kitchen, washing machine, dryer, vacuum) were extremely handy. Short walk to some great restaurants and shopping. We used it as our base for sightseeing Adelaide so very handy that they had parking available for guests (additional charge). Pool and spa were also used daily.

Carpark was a short walk away, through scaffolded walkway due to construction next door. Construction wasn’t a bother during our stay.

Great unit with everything you need, walking distance from train station, casino, main cbd and nightlife locations. Very comfortable. Would stay there again. Recommend.

Tv reception wasn’t very good but we weren’t in the unit for very long so it wasn’t a big issue and there was no soap, shampoo or body wash available and I had to ask reception twice in person and by the second time I asked at reception the manager advised that the cleaners had left for the day then I received some sample sized bottles, although when I explained there were no fixed bottles on the walls the manager advised me that the normal fixed amenities weren’t fixed to the wall yet as the property had only been newly added and maintenance had not yet installed them, so that was understandable.

Staff were friendly. Location was great.

We stayed two floors above the pool and could very clearly hear the yells of kids playing in the pool until about 9pm. Sound seemed to echo up the alleyway and through our closed windows. Our bedroom shared opaque doors with the bathroom and the hallway, so sunlight filtered into the bedroom as soon as the sun rose. Terribly designed. Room wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in, bed not finished being made, dirty towel left in bathroom, beers left in the fridge from last guest.
