Location. Includes parking. Internal laundry. All amenities.
Property was a bit tired. Few things not working. Exhaust fan in bathroom. Soap dish in shower. Dryer timer not switching off. Not the properties fault but the building which is part of the UniSA across the way had three columns of ultra bright lights on 24/7. Was hard to sleep for a few nights.

Convenient location and great value for money
Unfortunately only 1 room key which made it a little tricky at times, but we managed.
