Glass doors draw you out to the private balcony, extending the living space outdoors. Here, a hanging chair and four-seater dining setting create an easy rhythm for morning coffee or relaxed evening meals overlooking the CBD. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, complete with modern appliances, generous bench space, and complimentary tea and coffee to get you started. Adjacent, the dining area offers a welcoming setting for shared meals or casual planning before heading out to explore.
Both bedrooms are designed for rest, each fitted with a double bed, soft linens, and ample wardrobe storage. One bedroom enjoys direct balcony access, while the other captures elevated city views. A fifth guest can be accommodated in the living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom is styled for ease, featuring a spacious walk-in shower and all essential amenities, with a convenient two-way access to the first bedroom.
Additional features include a concealed washing machine and ironing facilities, along with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the apartment comfortable year-round. Secure parking for one car adds further ease to your stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
