This two-bedroom apartment offers a practical and comfortable stay for up to three guests. It features two queen beds, along with a sofa bed in the living area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for different needs.
The apartment includes a private balcony and large windows that bring in natural light, creating a bright and open living space. A dedicated work desk is also available, making it suitable for guests who need to work or study during their stay.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform us. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns ASAP.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Additional Bedding: We can provide a day bed and extra linen for $30 per guest per night.
Baby Equipment: Cot, highchair, and baby bath are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
