The kitchen is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a simple home-cooked meal. The bedroom offers a calm and restful retreat, with a king bed, soft lighting and built-in storage to settle in with ease. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, vanity and essentials for a comfortable refresh.
Additional conveniences include in-unit laundry and heating and cooling to ensure comfort year-round. Guests also have access to shared building facilities, including a heated indoor lap pool, spa, sauna and steam room, ideal for unwinding after time in the city. Access is subject to opening hours and may be unavailable due to maintenance, including occasional closures without notice.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.
Building facilities on level six are available for guest use, subject to opening hours and maintenance closures.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
