Bar closed early are 8pm so disappointed when been out all day and wanting to relax. Struggled to get Grab rides and Hotel not showing up as wifi outside not great

Service - very nice and helpful staff, explaining everything. Also service robots on corridors. The general feeling of the room - classic, but a bit futuristic. Very clean. Homie. Room controls near the bed, very convenient Location - close to MRT, walkable distance to nice hawker centers, shopping malls nearby. About 30-40 mins walk to Marina Bay, bit less to Orchad Rd malls. AI assistant knows daddy jokes. Gym - small but very ok for basic everyday ctivities, even when occupied by few people. Generally felt very safe there. FYI, the lenght of the bed seemed to be a bit shorter than most of hotel beds in Europe.

Loud doorbel - I was waken up by room service once in the morning. I think there is an option to turn it off. In my particular room, when I had curtains open, could see other rooms with courtain open, and vice versa, although this probably is true only to few rooms close to the L-shaped corner.

The property was very new, clean and situated very near mrt transport

I felt like the hot water for breakfast (for tea) was generally not hot enough and it would have been great if there was gf bread - but I still would stay there again. Also if the room service menu was available in the restaurant that would of been nice
